The Director of Laboratory Support Services provides executive leadership for all non-analytical laboratory operations, including phlebotomy, patient service centers, specimen collection, home draw services, client services, laboratory hotline operations, courier and logistics services, affiliate provider support, and outreach operations The Director is responsible for ensuring a seamless laboratory experience for patients, providers, and staff through exceptional service, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field 7+ years of laboratory experience 5+ years of management responsibility Solid knowledge of laboratory operations, phlebotomy, customer service, logistics and regulatory requirements (CLIA, CAP, COLA, OSHA, HIPAA) Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Driver's license and access to reliable transportation
