The Director of Admissions supports the purpose and procecedure of the entire clinical admission process. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Creates and maintains department procedures in the following areas: daily census records, inquiry calls and referrals phone log, and ensures that the level of treatment and clinical services is appropriate to all patient needs. Coordinates all admissions into the facility.
Coordinates and communicates with all customers in a professional manner and provides excellence in customer service. Supervisorial responsibilities include all Admission Clinicians/ Coordinators. Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Master’s Degree in clinical psychology, social work, counseling or related field of study.
Minimum of three to five years in a clinical setting and/ or previous intake experience. Must have marketing and sales abilities to interact with referral sources and ability to complete clinical assessments.
Active Registered Nurse license or licensed APC, LAPC, LMSW, LCSW. Additional
Successful completion of BLS CPR certification. Successful completion of Handle with Care (HWC) training prior to assisting with a restraining procedure and within 7 days of employment.
