✓Prerequisite Skills
✓Advanced knowledge of case management, care coordination, utilization management, discharge planning, patient progression, and transitions of care in an acute-care environment.
✓Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulatory, accreditation, payer, medical necessity, documentation, privacy, quality, and patient-rights requirements.
✓Demonstrated ability to lead managers and/or professional staff, manage change, coach performance, resolve complex problems, and build accountable teams.
✓Ability to analyze clinical, operational, quality, utilization, financial, and workforce data and translate findings into measurable improvement plans.
✓Demonstrated budget, staffing, productivity, and resource-management capability.
✓Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
