The DCS participates in the hospital's strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of instituational goals and objectives through the clinical product. Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling is required and Licensure (LPC/ LCSW) is strongly preferred. 3-5 years management experience including within a behavioral healthcare setting. Understanding of CMS, DSS, DHEC, DBHDD and JCAHO requirements. Previous experience developing psychiatric programs and treatment plans.
