✓Familiarity with community follow-up resources and support services is essential, along with proficiency in delivering individual, family, and group therapy modalities.
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✓Demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, and ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Preferred qualifications include inpatient healthcare experience with demonstrated competency in therapeutic interventions, time management, and crisis intervention techniques relevant to acute patient care.
