Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling is required and Licensure (LPC/ LCSW) is strongly preferred. 3-5 years management experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility. Understanding of CMS, DSS, DHEC, DBHDD and JCAHO requirements. Previous experience developing psychiatric programs and treatment plans.
