Licensure
✓Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in State of New York (required)
Specialty certifications such as Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), or Nurse Executive-Board Certified (NE-BC) are highly (preferred).
Certifications
✓BLS, ACLS required.
PALS and TNCC preferred.
Education
✓Bachelor of Science in Nursing (required); Master of Science in Nursing (preferred)

✓3 to 5+ years of progressive leadership experience (e.g., Nurse Manager, Director) in emergency, intensive care, or procedural settings. Current regulatory, accreditation experience.

✓Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to interact with all levels of hospital personnel and external parties
✓Strong clinical knowledge of best clinical practices
✓Comfort with an interdisciplinary culture of collaboration, particularly partnering with key stakeholders to achieve goals.
✓A passion for excellence, which elevated the abilities and competencies of the various patient care providers
