A graduate engineer or have equivalent knowledge/experience A minimum of 10 years experience in hospital facilities management and have a thorough knowledge of hospital regulations for those agencies having jurisdiction such as but not limited to the following: The Joint Commission (TJC) CT. Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) Department of Public Health (DPH) Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) National Building Codes.
