Licensure
✓Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
Education
✓Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a Bachelor's of Health Administration from an accredited college or university required OR Associates degree with at least 3 years of leadership experience required.
Master of Science in Nursing or a Master's of Health Administration preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in acute psychiatric, mental health, medical-surgical, or emergency department settings required.
✓Minimum of 3 years of nursing management or leadership experience required.
