About the role

The Director of Nursing is a member of the Hospital Administrative Team and is delegated the responsibility for the operation and administration of the following departments: Emergency Services, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Surgical Services. The Director of Nursing Assists the hospital president in the development of strategic planning and the formation of a marketing strategy for the hospital.
