Licensure
✓Current or compact licensure as a registered nurse in the State of North Carolina.
Education
✓Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
✓Must be willing to obtain master's degree within four years of employment.
Qualifications
✓Clinical leadership experience in any or all areas of responsibility ( MSD, MSU, Joint Care, Monitor Techs ).
✓Demonstrated experience leading quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives, including use of data to drive measurable outcomes.
✓Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements, with demonstrated ability to sustain survey readiness and clinical compliance.
✓Experience with workforce planning, staffing optimization, recruitment, retention, and effective deployment of clinical resources.
✓Demonstrated ability to lead patient experience and team engagement initiatives and build an accountable, collaborative culture
