✓Texas Health Fort Worth is Joint Commission-certified as a Comprehensive Cardiac Center, a Comprehensive Stroke Center, and a Level I Trauma Center.
Other Certification in nursing administration/clinical specialty with in 12 Months Preferred
Education
✓Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required
Master's Degree Nursing or related healthcare field Preferred
Qualifications
✓3 Years Experience as a registered nurse including 1 year in a leadership role (manager or above) Required
✓Excellent analytical ability and the capability to apply those analytics to operational improvement
✓large physician group/practice
✓Firm understanding of organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and design - especially within healthcare
✓Good business insight and intuition - able to quickly identify problems and work with people to resolve them
✓Trained in Lean / Six Sigma methodology
✓Trained in Project Management methodology
