✓Five (5) years of progressive experience in Radiology.
✓Four (4) years in a supervisory or leadership role.
✓Administrative Expertise: Considerable knowledge of hospital administration, departmental operations, and radiology practices (including patient care and equipment operations).
✓Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze operational data and apply effective management techniques for optimal efficiency.
✓Leadership: Demonstrated ability to direct and support supervisors, interpret policies into operational procedures, and resolve day-to-day issues.
✓Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with radiologists, medical staff, employees, and the public.
