Ensures seamless flow of accurate and timely information across disparate clinical, operational, and financial departments at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice with the goal to improve people, processes, and technology resulting in maximized profitability and compliance. Qualifications Education and experience, essential Must have a bachelor degree in business, management, or related field. Must have demonstrated five years of experience in a director or senior level management role.
Must have demonstrated 10 years of professional experience in healthcare revenue management. Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills. Education and experience, preferred Experience with governmental and commercial payors in areas of policy, reimbursement, compliance, coding, and billing is highly preferred.
Experience and demonstrated knowledge of healthcare billing, cash collections, process improvement, accounts receivable, payor relations, or systems development and implementation is preferred. Expert level analytical and data analysis skills is preferred.
