Director of Service Line - Outpatient Behavioral Health

This is a dual-campus role with office locations at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD and in Randallstown, MD (adjacent from Northwest Hospital). This Director oversees the Outpatient Behavioral Health Service Line under LifeBridge Health Medical Group (LBHMG) and is responsible for the operations, strategic planning, financial management, quality, and provider and patient experience across assigned behavioral health service line departments and/or practice locations for Grace Medical Center and Carroll Hospital Center.

This leader oversees behavioral health operations for the Grace Medical Center community-based programs that include ACT team, RRP, PRP, supported employment program and specialized case management. Additionally, the director will have oversight of the behavioral health programs at Carroll Hospital, including an adult and adolescent inpatient unit and an adolescent PHP. This leader has a strong understanding of the day-to-day management of services.

They will ensure high-quality services are provided within professional regulatory and accrediting body standards, and that overall clinical performance of the service line meets or exceeds national best practices. This position is matrixed with service line / departmental clinical and administrative, facility and corporate leaders across the organization.

5-7 years of relevant experience, including leadership in practice leadership/administration and operations Must have prior leadership and operations experience in behavioral health Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other related field This is a salaried position.

$45.67 to $84.99, based on experience
