High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Work
5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences: Proven track record in data-driven strategic planning, service line growth, and driving physician outreach or healthcare sales. Self-starter with a "get it done" attitude.
Ability to communicate concise, compelling recommendations (written & verbal) to executive and senior leadership. Calls for strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
