✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Current and unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of practice.
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
Qualifications
Leadership or management experience in a rehabilitation, skilled nursing, post-acute care, home health, or healthcare setting preferred.
Previous experience as a Therapy Director, Rehabilitation Director, Rehab Manager, or Therapy Program Manager. preferred
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation operations, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement models. preferred
Experience managing productivity, staffing, budgets, and quality outcomes. preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills. preferred
Ability to effectively lead multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment. preferred
