We are seeking a – Director, Pediatric Specialty Care Operations (RN) - American Family Children's Hospital to: Provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for pediatric specialty services at American Family Children’s Hospital Oversees program growth, financial performance, and people management across the pediatric continuum of care Leads specialized areas including Child Life, Pediatric Trauma & Child Advocacy, Ambulatory Pediatric Specialties, and the Diagnostic & Therapy Center Drives operational efficiency, margin improvement, and ambulatory redesign initiatives Leads and develops leaders (4 direct reports) with a strong focus on people management and change leadership Partners closely with medical faculty and system stakeholders to ensure high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care At UW Health, you will have: An excellent benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, two-week paid parental leave and adoption assistance.
