✓Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Qualifications
✓Ability to travel 50%+ both within the region and nationally, as business needs require. Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted on finalist.
✓Experience leading through influence across large, indirect teams and complex reporting structures
✓Experience partnering with senior operational and financial leaders (e.g., CFOs, strategy, operations)
✓Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to translate data into action
✓Proven ability to enforce standards, drive accountability, and lead change across complex organizations
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MMIS platforms
✓Ability to work outside of normal business hours when necessary to support facility operations, implementations, conversions, escalations, and critical supply disruptions.
✓Proven experience leading multiple facilities and driving adoption of systemwide sourcing, standardization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
✓Comfort operating in a highly matrixed organization, balancing enterprise priorities with local facility needs.
✓Experience leading change management efforts and holding stakeholders accountable for implementation and results.
5+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site environments preferred
