This executive-level leader will partner closely with physicians, nursing leadership, hospital executives, and interdisciplinary teams to advance a culture of safety, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities Responsibilities The Director of Quality Services will: Lead quality, patient safety, regulatory, and performance improvement initiatives across the hospital. Partner with physicians and senior leaders to implement evidence-based practices that improve patient outcomes.
Drive achievement of hospital quality scorecards, strategic objectives, and Board metrics. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, AHCA, CMS, and other regulatory standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and patient-centered care.
Lead multidisciplinary quality councils and performance improvement teams. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute quality and safety strategies. Support integration of healthcare technology and analytics to improve clinical outcomes.
Manage departmental budgeting, staffing, coaching, and professional development activities. Qualifications Qualifications Education Master's degree required in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Discipline, Industrial Engineering, or related field. MSN preferred.
Licensure Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Experience Minimum five (5) years of progressive leadership experience leading quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives within a healthcare organization. Demonstrated success driving regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and measurable quality outcomes.
Experience in women's services, maternal-child health, perinatal care, neonatal services, or obstetrics strongly preferred. Obstetrical (OB) experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, AHCA, and patient safety standards.
