Identify system-wide or multi-regional opportunities for improvement in performance, utilization, and customer experience, developing robust business cases to support recommendations to senior and executive leadership. 5. Provide strategic oversight and accountability for all significant regional and multi-regional transactions, including new leases, renewals, extensions, terminations, subleases, surrenders, purchases, and dispositions. 11. Direct site selection processes leveraging advanced analytics, tools, and market intelligence, overseeing market tours and strategic broker engagement. 13.
