✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Nevada State Licensure as a Certified Speech Pathologist, Registered Occupational and/or Physical Therapist.
✓Speech Pathologists must satisfy ASHA CCC requirements.
Certifications
✓Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
✓Five or more years of progressively more responsible relevant work experience, or equivalent, in the field of Speech Language Pathology, Occupational and/or Physical Therapy rehabilitation and management.
✓Other: Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
