49.10 - 65.06Care for our community, and your career. Strategy & Organizational LeadershipTranslates the division's strategic vision and goals — set with the Clinic Administrator and executive leadership — into operating plans and measurable targets for each clinic, and executes them. Recommends opportunities for growth, new service lines, and expansion to the Clinic Administrator, and leads implementation and operational planning for approved initiatives, including clinic openings, relocations, and major service changes.

Establishes, standardizes, and continually improves operational policies, procedures, and best practices across all sites. Streamlines service lines and care pathways across the clinic-to-hospital continuum, partnering with hospital departments (e.g., surgical services/OR, imaging, and inpatient units) to align scheduling, coordinate patient throughput, and ensure seamless handoffs between clinic and hospital settings.

Project & Program ManagementPersonally leads large, complex, or high-priority initiatives end to end — such as new service lines, clinic openings or relocations, major system implementations, and division-wide workflow redesigns — delivering on scope, timeline, and budget. Sponsors and provides governance over the portfolio of projects and continuous-improvement efforts led by operations managers, setting priorities, allocating resources, removing barriers, and holding teams accountable for results.

Applies performance data and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma) to drive measurable, sustainable results, and reports project and program outcomes to leadership. Operations OversightDirects the day-to-day operations of assigned clinics through subordinate operations managers, ensuring efficient workflow, appropriate coverage, and a consistent, high-quality patient experience. Monitors division-wide performance against KPIs and industry benchmarks (e.g., MGMA or comparable specialty standards) — including productivity, staffing levels, access, patient satisfaction, and financial metrics — and holds managers accountable for results.

Ensures effective patient-flow, scheduling, and access strategies and an effective complaint-resolution process across clinics. Oversees facilities, equipment, supply chain, vendor relationships, and business continuity/disaster recovery planning for the division. Leadership & Team DevelopmentSelects, supervises, develops, and evaluates operations managers; sets clear expectations, provides coaching and mentorship, and manages performance, including corrective action in partnership with Human Resources.

Builds bench strength and succession plans across the management team and fosters a culture of engagement, accountability, and professional growth. Establishes division-wide standards for staffing, onboarding, staff education, and workforce planning, and ensures consistent application across clinics. Reviews and approves

s, staffing plans, and organizational structure; ensures compliance with employment law in partnership with HR. Financial ManagementDevelops and manages the division's operating and capital budgets for the Clinic Administrator's review and approval; monitors performance, analyzes variances, and takes corrective action to meet financial targets. Accountable for division-wide revenue cycle performance — collections, denials, days in A/R, charge capture, and point-of-service collections — in partnership with the billing office.

Drives cost-effective operations through resource allocation, productivity management, standardized purchasing, and overhead control. Partners with finance and leadership on forecasting, cash flow, capital planning, fee schedules, and payer/contract strategy, and reports financial results to executive leadership. Quality, Compliance & RiskEnsures division-wide compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and CMS, and maintains required programs, policies, and documentation.

Leads quality-improvement and patient-safety initiatives and oversees risk management, incident review, and corrective action across clinics. Ensures accurate, secure medical record and health information practices across all sites. Physician & Stakeholder RelationsPartners with physicians on operational, financial, and performance matters at the clinic and division level, and serves as a key liaison between clinical and administrative teams; supports the Clinic Administrator in physician-group and executive-leadership engagement.

Builds and maintains strong working relationships with hospital leadership and departments to support service-line growth, operational alignment, and coordinated patient care across settings. Represents the division on organizational committees and with external stakeholders, including vendors, payers, referring providers, and community partners. Deputizes for the Clinic Administrator and performs other duties as assigned to advance the mission of the organization.
