Director, Strategy & Analytics - Revenue Operations

Education
✓Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MS) preferred.
Qualifications
✓5+ years of progressive professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, revenue operations, business analytics, or operational transformation.
✓Demonstrated track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, including direct people management of analysts and/or managers.
✓Proven ability to translate strategic insights into operational execution, diagnosing process bottlenecks, and delivering measurable financial or operational outcomes.
✓Strong proficiency in leveraging business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel) to evaluate performance and inform executive decisions.

About the role

As a forward-thinking leader within our Revenue Operations (ROPS) team, you will partner directly with the Vice President and the head of Medicare and Credits Operations to maximize collection speed, optimize Medicare recovery rates, and systematically eliminate leakage across our revenue cycle.
