Education
✓Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
✓An equivalent combination of education and/or directly related experience may be considered in lieu of stated requirements.
✓Master's Degree in a related field
Qualifications
✓8 years of progressively responsible, related experience to include at least two (2) years in a leadership capacity.
✓Financial Modeling
✓Experience independently developing financial models to forecast volume, payor mix, charges, reimbursement, operating expenses, capital investment, and return on investment (IRR, NPV, payback period, breakeven).
✓Operational Modeling
✓Experience independently developing operational models to forecast resource requirements (i.e., workforce, equipment, facility, etc) and capacity utilization (i.e., productivity, midnight census, clinic, OR block, etc).
✓Experience providing data-driven advisory services to physician and administrative leaders in an academic medical center setting.
✓Market Intelligence
✓Subject matter expertise with market claims data and industry best-practice research (i.e., DFWHC, THCIC, Advisory Board, Sg2).
✓Data Analysis
✓Experience extracting, cleaning, and analyzing large financial and operational datasets from the enterprise data warehouse with minimal direct support from the finance or decision support organizations.
