Define TBM strategy, vision, and multi-year maturity roadmap Lead change management effort to overcome internal resistance, ensuring teams embrace TBM data Tie TBM vision and strategy to business value Use leverage to hold upstream department heads accountable for fixing broken source data that impacts the TBM model’s accuracy Establish and lead the TBM operating model, governance, and organizational capabilities Serve as a strategic advisor to Technology and Executive Leadership Maintain alignment with the Technology Business Management Council standards Drive enterprise adoption of TBM principles and practices Enable technology investment decisions through financial transparency and business insights Partner with Finance and Technology leadership on planning, optimization, and value realization Establish executive reporting and decision-support frameworks Lead continuous improvement and innovation of TBM capabilities Build, develop, and lead a high-performing TBM organization Represent TBM strategy across the enterprise Other Duties as Assigned Education / Experience Bachelor’s Required or 10+ years directing large-scale IT portfolios or IT finance Key Requirements Executive level stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities.
