As a Dishwasher, you support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards. What You’ll Do:
- Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
- Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
- Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
- Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
- Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
- Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
