Distribution Clerk Valley Presbyterian Hospital Keep Clinical Units Stocked & Operations Running Smoothly At Valley Presbyterian Hospital, our Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring clinicians have the supplies they need to deliver exceptional patient care. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Distribution Clerk to support inventory management, stock replenishment, and supply distribution across clinical units.

What You’ll Do Deliver and stock supplies to clinical units based on established par levels Operate inventory systems to process receipts, issues, and charge entries Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring optimal stock levels Place and track supply orders, including expediting as needed Reconcile patient charges and support accounting functions Generate and maintain daily, monthly, and inventory reports Support inventory audits, excess stock analysis, and supply tracking Maintain high fill rates and efficient inventory turnover Collaborate with clinical teams to meet supply needs and resolve issues Maintain organized stock areas and ensure supply availability What You Bring 2+ years of experience in materials management, purchasing, or supply chain Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to problem-solve and manage inventory challenges proactively Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to obtain LA City Fire Card within 30 days
