The Dosimetrist develops patient radiation treatment plans in collaboration with the Radiation Oncologist and the Medical Physicist, as well as assists with the radiation therapy treatment simulation and delivery.
Assists with or performs quality assurance of radiation treatment plans. Assists with or performs the fabrication of beam modifying devices and immobilization devices. Designs a treatment plan to deliver a prescribed radiation dose and fields to a defined tumor volume.

Required Work
Two (2) years of experience as a Radiation Therapist with dosimetry training or graduate from a Medical Dosimetry Program.
