The Lead . NET Developer will be responsible for delegating tasks to and overseeing a team of 3 more developers. The work will be aligned with product offerings and managed through an Agile-like methodology.
The Lead Developer will be an innovator and strong coder, and will work closely with the Architecture team to ensure standards are being followed and quality measures are being met. Leading team stand-ups and ensuring sprint goals are achieved will be a top priority, in addition to being a significant coding contributor in completing sprint tasks.
