✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Valid driver’s license (Chauffer’s Endorsement for IA license if determined necessary by Market), and good driving record required .
Certifications
✓Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of hire.
Education
✓High School graduate/GED required , or equivalent work experience .
Qualifications
One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population preferred.
At least six (6) months experience transporting individuals with special mobility needs strongly preferred.

Assist participants with mobilityAssist participants with mobility needs, including wheelchair transport, ambulation, transfers, and home access
Monitor participant well-being, communicateMonitor participant well-being, communicate changes in health or home conditions, respond appropriately to emergencies, and help create a welcoming, supportive environment
Follow transportation schedules, safetyFollow transportation schedules, safety procedures, and all traffic laws while working independently and collaboratively with the care team
Maintain vehicles in aMaintain vehicles in a safe , clean, and ready-to-operate condition through daily inspections, fueling, and routine safety checks
