BAYADA’s DSPs / Community Support Workers work one-on-one in home and community settings as support for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them reach their goals and fullest potential. Work available throughout Erie County in variety of locations! Such as Erie, Fairview, Girard, Waterford, Edinboro, and more Compensation &
Competitive pay rates with a weekly pay schedule ($19.50 / hour +) Paid trainings and only a 1-day paid orientation!
