The Environmental Services discharge cleaning staff member provides discharge cleaning of in-patient rooms according to hospital cleaning protocol. Environmental Services staff are responsible for providing a safe and clean environment at all times while observing safe practices, infection control measures, customer service standards and departmental policies as listed, but not limited to this
. Other duties as assigned. Other information: EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: A minimum of 1 year cleaning or relevant experience is preferred.
EDUCATION PREFERRED: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Requires ability to read, write or understand English language, and communicate effectively with patients, visitors and staff while performing housekeeping duties.
