You’ll need
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in Adult Echo or Pediatric Echo or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
Education
✓Maintains current knowledge in present areas of responsibility (i.e., self education, attends ongoing educational programs)
✓2 year / Associate Degree in Cardiovascular Technology/ Sonography (Required) ;In lieu of an Associates Degree
Qualifications
✓Adheres to the hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines
✓Attends staff meetings and completes mandatory in-services and requirements and competency evaluations on time.
✓Demonstrates competency at all levels in providing care to all patients based on age, sex, weight, and demonstrated needs. For non-clinical areas, has attended training and demonstrates usage of age- specific customer service skills.
✓a Minimum of 4 years additional relevant experience is acceptable.
✓4 - 5 years Cardiovascular Ultrasound (Required)
