As the Echocardiogram Technician , you will perform echocardiograms (TTEs), trans-esophageal echocardiograms (TEEs), and Echo cardiac stress tests on in-patients and out-patients in keeping with cardiologist-approved protocols. Transfer studies to and complete proper documentation of these studies to the McKesson Cardiac CPACS.
Graduate of an approved program in Echocardiography Pediatric experience preferred. Candidates with on-the-job training and proven, documented competency may be considered. Licensure/Certification: A Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonography Certification Preferred.
A BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
