You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – required.
✓Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification – required.
✓Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification – required.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Qualifications
✓Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration with members of the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
✓Attends and participates in required in-service education, mandatory training, and departmental meetings in accordance with hospital policy.
✓Demonstrates the ability to understand and respond appropriately to patient, family, and team communication.
✓Maintains attention to detail and situational awareness in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of one (1) year of Emergency Department or emergency services experience preferred.
Prior experience in Emergency Department, Critical Care, or Critical Access Hospital settings. preferred
