The Administrative Manager for Perioperative Services is a professional with primary responsibility for educational programs for Perioperative Services. Patient care and services are carried out in collaboration with Service Line Coordinators, Ancillary manager, hospital administration and the medical staff and in compliance with organizational goals and appropriate regulatory agency requirements. Manages daily operations of assigned units; promotes a positive and professional environment; holds supervisory responsibilities; maintains adequate and productive staffing; collaborates with staff to meet or exceed quality and patient safety goals through shared governance.

Req Bachelor's degree Nursing Graduate of a state approved school of Registered Nursing. Req 2 years In management or nursing leadership position in the perioperative area. Req 4 years Experience as an OR RN Req Strong critical and strategic thinking, analytical and planning skills.
