Education
✓Working closely with the Associate Chief of Education, Program Directors, faculty, and divisional leadership, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of graduate and continuing medical education programs across Mass General Brigham and affiliated training sites.
✓High school diploma or equivalent required
✓3–5 years of experience administering education programs required.
bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Qualifications
✓Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✓Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling complex and highly sensitive matters.
✓Ability to supervise and prioritize work for support staff.
✓Experience with database management, spreadsheets, data manipulation, and reporting.
