✓Career credential: Successfully complete the program and the required State-administered examination to earn a Maryland-approved Apprentice license.
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent required.
✓At least more than 1 year work experience, requires successful completion of 1 year (or current enrollment in) formal training in an approved electrical trade program at a vocational or technical school, college, or apprenticeship sponsor organization
Qualifications
✓Successful completion of an Electrical Apprenticeship Program which is approved/accepted by local or state government.
✓Fundamental/introductory knowledge of electrical techniques, codes, procedures and materials.
✓Knowledge of safety rules, procedures and practices, including the proper use of safety equipment as defined by OSHA and industry standards.
