✓Ability to read schematics.
✓Demonstrates the ability to follow troubleshooting and testing protocols of equipment and comply with all safety/OSHA regulations, state law and building codes.
✓Exhibits accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work for quality.
✓Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
✓Ability to perform inspections as required by law.
