Emergency Crisis Services Psychiatrist

Join a growing academic and integrated behavioral health program as an Emergency Crisis Services Psychiatrist. This position provides psychiatric evaluation, crisis intervention, and consultation services for patients presenting with acute behavioral health needs in the Emergency Department and other hospital settings. The role will work collaboratively with emergency medicine providers and behavioral health teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting appropriate treatment and disposition planning.

This position will also support the Indiana University School of Medicine Psychiatry Residency Program through resident education and supervision as part of a new eight-resident psychiatry training program scheduled to begin in July 2027.
