Partner with clinical leaders to identify quality and safety gaps, and implement solutions that strengthen patient care and team performance. Analyze patient safety and quality data to uncover trends and drive meaningful improvements in nursing practice.
Coach and mentor caregivers through hands-on rounding and collaboration, building clinical confidence and capability across teams. Guide the development and implementation of practice guidelines and improvement initiatives that elevate care delivery at the unit or division level. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
American Red Cross or American Heart Association accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Work
