The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) under direct supervision of the Registered Nurse/Physician assesses care plans, implements, and documents and evaluates the nursing care for a group of assigned patients in the health care system. The LPN supports medical care as directed by the medical staff and pursuant to objective, goals and policies of the hospital. Qualifications Current, unencumbered licensure to practice as a LPN in the state of Oklahoma.
Maintains current CPR, ACLS, PALS and other certifications as required for position.
