You’ll need
Licensure
✓State of Wisconsin Emergency Medical Technician License, certified Medical Assistant (in lieu of Medical Assistant Certification, 3 years of experience required), or State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
Certifications
✓A minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant, or Emergency Medical Technician is required.
✓American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required to be completed within 30 days.
A minimum of 1 years of EMT experience is preferred.
Education
✓High School diploma or equivalent is required.
✓Incumbents employed with Froedtert Health hired prior to October 1, 2007 may substitute this educational requirement with the following statement - Ability to read, write and communicate complicated verbal and written communications at a level normally acquired through completion of a high school ed
