About the role

The Emergency Medical Technician – Basic (EMT-B) works with the Director of Ground Transportation and EMT-P as part of the inter-facility transportation service for the Health Care District. Duties include driving the ambulance to transport patients between facilities, offering basic medical support, and working as part of the transport team running BLS calls.

Assisting patients with prescribedAssisting patients with prescribed medications, including sublingual nitroglycerin, epinephrine auto-injectors and hand-held aerosol inhalers
