About the role

The Emergency Medical Technician I (EMT I) provides basic emergency medical care and transportation in accordance with applicable state laws, departmental policies, and established clinical protocols. Working under the direction of a Paramedic or clinical leader, the EMT I supports patient care within the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) department and ensures the safe, efficient delivery of pre-hospital care.
