Day Shift l Full-time | Three 12 hour shifts (11am-11pm) per week with rotating Weekends and Holidays #NextGenHealthcare How you’ll make an impact in this role Reach the emergency scene, assess the situation, determine injury severity, and establish an immediate plan of action. Provide supportive medical treatment using appropriate equipment both on-scene and during patient transport. Track patient condition, collect vital data, and report findings directly to the primary Registered Nurse (RN).
Safely assist patients with movement, ambulation, and transfer to medical facilities. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the Kansas Board of Emergency Medical Services (KSBEMS) required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Drivers License credentialed from the Kansas Department of Motor Vehicles preferred.
High School Diploma equivalency required with 2 years of cumulative experience preferred. OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience.
