Emergency Interventions: Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities, balanced with the urgent needs and comfort of critically ill or injured patients. Initiates and manages life-saving interventions Patient & Family Support: Serves as an advocate for patients' needs by demonstrating holistic care practices, offering support and clear communication to patients and their families during highly stressful times. Clinical Acuity & Adaptability: Demonstrates the ability to recognize, interpret, and adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions (i.e.
