Licensure
✓Ability to obtain Washington State certification/licensure as a MA-P and NA-R within 120 days of placement in position Washington State C.N.A will substitute for the NA-R
Certifications
✓MA-C will substitute for the MA-P, NA-R and C.N.A certification/licensure
✓Previous experience as a CNA, NA-R, corpsman, EMT or phlebotomist in an emergency department, pre-hospital, or acute care setting within the last three years
✓Current BLS Certification
Experience with phlebotomy and initiation of EKG, Medical Assistant - Phlebotomist Certification preferred
