You’ll need
Licensure
✓Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Texas, or part of a compact state license, or has a valid temporary RN license for the State of Texas while waiting to receive the permanent license.

Education
✓Effective January 6, 2017, must possess an Associate Degree, Baccalaureate Degree or Diploma from a School of Nursing or University. 3.

1. 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital clinical setting/additional training in clinic or Employee Health preferred. 2.
Membership in related professional organization preferred, i.e., AOHP. 3.
Working knowledge of OSHA, CMS and JCAHO preferred. 4.
About the role
Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: The primary function of a professional nurse in Employee Health will be assessing, planning, directing and evaluating all yearly requirements for employees to be in compliance with OSHA, CMS and JCAHO. The Employee Health nurse will conduct all pre-employment screening in conjunction with Human Resources. Assess and evaluate employee’s physical ability of all job categories 3 and 4.
